Your photographs and planning details stay private. Nothing is published without separate permission. Proposal details are shared only with the people directly involved in the plan.

Your preview and complete private gallery arrive within the agreed delivery times.
Session options & add-ons

Add extra time if you want a slower pace, more portraits after the proposal, a second nearby location or more flexibility during the experience.
This is useful when you do not want to rush an important moment.

A second location can be added when distance, light, access and timing make it practical.

Add a second nearby location when it makes visual and practical sense.
This can work well if you want to combine the proposal location with another portrait setting, hotel area, viewpoint, lake path or old town route.

Lake Bled and selected Slovenian locations are available by arrangement. Travel, paid entrances, permits, private transport and venue costs are confirmed separately where applicable.

Same-day delivery may be available when the editing schedule allows. Availability and price are confirmed before booking.

Selected photographs from your session can be prepared as fine art prints.
This is ideal if you want a physical memory from the moment, not only digital files. Print options, sizes and delivery depend on the selected photographs and your travel timeline.

Premium Travel Experience is available in Ljubljana, at Lake Bled and at selected Slovenian locations.
The final location depends on privacy, light, access, weather, travel time and the atmosphere you want.

Travel outside Ljubljana, paid entrances, permits, private transport, venue costs, flowers and other third-party services are not automatically included.
Any additional cost is confirmed before payment.

Effective 19 October 2026 for new bookings made after publication. Existing confirmed bookings retain the terms agreed when booked.
Client cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session qualify for a 50% refund of the session fee. Client cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
One rescheduling remains available for requests received at least 72 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability. Payments are normally non-refundable for no-shows or significant late arrivals.
If weather makes the session unsafe or impractical, we will first try to adjust the time, route or date. If no suitable alternative is possible during your stay, a full refund will be issued.
If PIKSIWORK cancels the session, you will receive a full refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.
