No. Most clients are not used to being photographed. I give simple guidance when it is useful, but the session remains relaxed and natural. You do not need modelling experience or a rehearsed plan.

Choose Ljubljana. Documented. for a short session in the city. Choose Slovenia Travel Story if you want more time, more variety or a family session. Choose Premium Experience for a proposal, anniversary or another occasion that requires more planning and coordination.

Yes. Sessions are available for couples, honeymooners, families and solo travellers. Family and group size should be stated during booking so that I can confirm the most suitable package, route and timing.

Yes. Premium Experience is designed for proposals and other private milestone moments. Planning can include discreet communication, location guidance, timing and coordination with a hotel or another trusted person. Proposal details are treated confidentially.

Sessions are available in Ljubljana, at Lake Bled and elsewhere in Slovenia by arrangement. I can suggest locations based on your schedule, preferred atmosphere, mobility and the time of day.

Choose a package and open its booking calendar. Select an available date and time, complete the required details and proceed with payment. Your session is confirmed once the required payment has been completed and you have received the confirmation email.

Prices are shown in euros. Payment is completed securely during the online booking process, and an invoice is provided. Premium or specially planned sessions may require confirmation of the details before payment.

Clouds and light rain often work beautifully for documentary-style photography. If the weather becomes unsuitable, we may adjust the starting time, route or location. In severe weather, I will first try to find a practical alternative or another time during your stay.

Please contact me as soon as possible if your travel plans change. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the booking terms. Cancellations, refunds and changes are handled according to the policy shown during booking.

Please contact me immediately if you expect to be late. The session normally ends at the originally agreed time, so a significant delay may reduce the available photography time.

A preview is delivered within the timeframe stated in your package. The full edited gallery is normally delivered within 2-3 working days. Priority delivery may be available by arrangement.

Your photographs are delivered through a private online gallery. The final images are individually edited and available to download in high resolution for personal use.

Your client gallery is private. Photographs are not published on the PIKSIWORK website, social media or promotional materials without separate permission.

Ljubljana sessions do not require an additional local travel fee. Travel outside Ljubljana, paid entrances, special permits, private transport or venue costs are confirmed separately before booking where applicable.

Yes, when the schedule allows. Last-minute requests are welcome, especially for guests already staying in Ljubljana. The quickest way to check is to open the booking calendar or send your dates directly.

Yes. Extra time, additional locations, priority delivery, larger groups and fine-art prints may be added depending on the selected package and availability. Any additional cost is confirmed before booking.

Travel plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the session are eligible for a full refund or one rescheduling, subject to availability.

Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or one rescheduling, subject to availability.

Payments are normally non-refundable for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session, no-shows or significant late arrivals.

If weather makes the session unsafe or impractical, we will first try to adjust the time, route or date. If no suitable alternative is possible during your stay, a full refund will be issued.

If PIKSIWORK cancels the session, you will receive a full refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
